When I came to Beginings treatment center I was lost and the staff there helped me find myself and find peace with myself. From day 1 they treated me like family and that’s what they became to me, they taught me the tools and the skills to beat this disease I have inside me and how to keep it from ruining my future. I would like to share my experience at Beginnings Treatment Center in Costa Mesa. I was at Beginnings from November 27th, 2021 to March 30th, 2022. It was the best thing I could have done for my recovery. I was welcomed by 3 people who immediately made me feel at home - Natalie, Katie and Johnny. The entire staff always seemed to have my best interest at heart. I was only going to stay for 1 month but because of my care team and efforts made by staff, I wanted to stay longer. I ended up staying 4 months and having nothing but good things to say about the entire center.

Beginnings is unlike any other treatment center. With a full care team behind you, they teach you how to overcome the obsession of addiction. Through private therapy & group counseling, you learn why you’re an addict and how to achieve success in sobriety. Medical staff is also on board, making for a safe detox journey. Each staff member truly cares about the clients & each of them desire success for the clients. I’d recommend this treatment program to anyone willing to put down the bottle & seek help. A truly amazing organization. I met lifelong friends with clients and staff members. After spending 3 months there, I have had the most successful life. Its been 3 years and I still visit to say hi to the staff. I attribute most of my success to Natalie Corbett ( I think thats her last name ) anyways she helped me power through the most difficult times and went out of her way to make sure my stay here was efficient. All the staff there are truly amazing but Natalie stands out for her selflessness

Focus is placed on maintaining long-term health and recovery. The team are largely in recovery as well and bring personal experience and understanding to their work. About Beginnings Treatment
Beginnings Treatment utilizes a transdisciplinary, multimodal approach to treating the addict in the manner most appropriate to the client’s true needs. We have created a thorough assessment process to identify and evaluate the underlying factors of a client’s psychological conditions from multiple and synergistic diagnostic perspectives.

Our Benefits
Addiction and Mental Health
For active and retired military personnel or their family members dealing with PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and other mental health issues while in substance abuse rehab is a must. Our staff of Licensed Psychologists, Psychological Assistants, degreed Marriage and Family Therapists, and Certified Case managers understand the unique struggles of our Anthem clients. We treat substance abuse and any underlying mental health issues.
Residential Inpatient Treatment
Our residential inpatient rehab provides clients with structured 24-hour care under the supervision of professionals. Every hour of the day is scheduled. A typical day includes individual and multiple group therapies, exercise, meals, reading, meditation, and some personal time. Part of the treatment and recovery process is developing new, healthy habits that become routine in post-treatment life. Residential treatment is typically 30 days.
Detox, Safety, and Comfort
The only way to safely detox from alcohol and or many drugs is in a licensed medical detox center. Detoxing from alcohol or certain drugs can lead to seizures and other fatal consequences. In our private detox facility, we safely detox clients using medication to relieve withdrawal symptoms and make detox as comfortable as possible. Our licensed medical staff will provide 24/7 expert medical care and support through the entire detox process. Detox is between 5 and 10 days.
